We had a mid week quicky to Mason campsite in Appletreewick in the dales. Lovely couple of nights. Got a bit busy towards the end. Nice meal out and lovely walk by the river. Home for tea!

Silverdale in the autumn
Quicky trip to Silverdale – nice patch of warm October weather spotted and off we go for a Wednesday and Thursday night. 2 superb sunsets, then disaster! We cant drive. The cam belt had slipped one cog on the fuel injector pump so the timing was all wrong and we had to be rescued.
