On our way home from our big trip, we had hoped to see George and Su, so planned a stop in the Welsh Borders so they wouldn’t be too far away for a visit, but they couldn’t make it in the end.
We stayed for 2 nights at Symmonds Yat, on another lovely site.
We had a lovely walk around theYat, including a very special rope ferry across the river and an interesting river trip. All very quirky, olde worlde, and just up our street!
